What is the Speed Wash cycle used for?
This cycle is meant for a small load of lightly soiled clothing that is needed quickly.
It compresses the wash sequence and normally uses a faster final spin. Keeping the load small is important because crowding reduces cleaning and can lengthen balancing.
Choose another cycle for: Large loads, towels, bedding or clothing with heavy stains.
What this means for your load
The documentation lists 15 minutes for this program under its stated conditions.
Why the time may change: Load sensing, water pressure, imbalance correction and extra-rinse selections can add time.
Check the full LG WM4000HBA cycle table to compare other programs before starting.
Estimated finish time
Estimated energy and local cost
This range is calculated from the documented cycle characteristics and appliance type. It is deliberately shown as a range because load conditions, temperature selections, sensors and options change consumption.
