    Timer and manual notes

    The Delay Start Timer can set completion up to 13 hours ahead in 10-minute steps. Cuisinart says not to use it with perishable ingredients; simple yeast breads on the White, Whole Wheat and French/Italian programs can use it with dried substitutes.
