When will the bread be ready?

Pick a start time to see when to add mix-ins and when it finishes, or enter when you want it ready to get the start time and the delay-timer setting.

Uses the manual's printed total time. Room temperature and a cold start can change real-world timing slightly; delay-timer limits come from the manual.

    Timer, keep-warm and manual notes

Delay timer: The Delay Start Timer can set completion up to 13 hours ahead in 10-minute steps. Cuisinart says not to use it with perishable ingredients; simple yeast breads on the White, Whole Wheat and French/Italian programs can use it with dried substitutes.

Keep warm: Keep Warm follows baking. Printed times do not include keep-warm.

Cuisinart publishes one booklet for the CBK-210 series, including the CBK-210NAS.

Program 14 (Cake) has no time in the booklet's timing table, and Program 16 (Custom Memory) saves your own edited timings, so neither gets a separate page.

Bake Only: The booklet lists 10 minutes to 3 hours. Last Minute Loaf: The booklet describes kneading, rising and baking in approximately an hour; it requires rapid-rise yeast and gives a lighter crust. The timing table does not list an exact time.

Use the table as a decision map for Cuisinart CBK-210: select a suitable program, confirm its restrictions, and only then plan around the published duration.

Bread programs can change mixing, resting, rising and baking—not just total time. Check loaf size, yeast type, crust choice and delay-timer eligibility on the linked program page.
