Timer, keep-warm and manual notes
Delay timer: The delay timer can be set up to 15 hours. The time you set includes the working time: for Basic 2 lb, 15:00 means 11 hr 35 min of delay plus 3 hr 25 min of baking. The delay timer cannot be used with the ExpressBake settings.
Keep warm: Keep-warm lasts up to 1 hour after baking. Printed times do not include keep-warm.
Apart from ExpressBake, the manual does not list which settings accept the delay timer; it warns against using it with perishable ingredients.
