Timer, keep-warm and manual notes
Delay timer: The delay timer sets how many hours and minutes from now you want finished bread, in 10-minute steps. It cannot be used with the ExpressBake settings. The manual does not state a maximum.
Keep warm: Keeps bread warm for up to one hour. Printed times do not include keep-warm.
